This is a combination of snow with sleet on top. The now was 4.0" when the sleet started and I believe the 1.6 inches on top is all sleet. It is frozen hard enough for me (180 pounds) to walk on top of it. {EDIT: Observer reported 0.00 for new gauge catch. This is standing out as an error amongst surrounding reports of precip and notes provided indicate precip did occur. Changed report of 0.00 to NA until observer can provide measurement. CoCoSTAFF DNT}
