Rain, followed by (sleet/freezing rain), followed by wet snow. Gauge had about an inch of ice with snow on top. The ice was rain, sleet, and snow that melted, which then froze. I was thinking about all the phase changes going on up in the sky and here on the ground many times in the last day.
