Obviously, this was in the form of snow. It was light and fluffy with the cold temps.

The snow started just after 9am as a very small particle size and it was 7.4 degrees F. The flakes grew as the temperature rose and by noon, it was big flakes coming down. The winds picked up around sunset and the falling and blowing snow made whiteout conditions. It was breezy at 9:30 pm, but the snowfall was light.
