Hard crust among snow layers (approx 1-1/2" thick) was strong enough to support a 180-lb person. Snow and sleet had drifted a lot, making it difficult to determine today's snowfall accurately. Precipitation since yesterday's measurement was mostly sleet. {EDIT: Observer reported 1.75 for new snowfall melted core. This is high compared snow depth provided, and it appears gauge catch from a mixed precipitation event was entered by mistake. Changed SWE report of 1.75 to NA until observer can be contacted.
