Measurement taken on the sidewalk with a tape measure in the flattest area avoiding elevated drifts of accumulation. Ice/sleet/snow accumulation >3/4” but not quite 1”. Past 24 hours started w rain, transitioned to freezing rain and then alternating sleet and snow as the system moved through. Temps dropped below freezing around 07:30 1/24/26 and maintained below freezing, with the lowest being 13° overnight.
