I started reporting rain this month after years of using PWS and noticing a significant difference between the local KTRI and my location just before 9 miles south of the airport. For the month KTRI will report I think 4.94 total and my total 10.89 at my location. I also report to weather underground from my Davis Vantage Pro 2 with24 hr fan and for the month it shows 10.50 so overall just a few tenths difference between the CoCoRaHS and the Davis over that time frame.
