| 2025-06-19 | 7:00 AM | T | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Heavy dew, calm and fair conditions mark the start of our transition to a streak of oppressive heat and humidity that will likely last at least a week ..or more. Total rainfall so far this month, 8.37. |
| 2025-06-18 | 8:00 AM | 2.41 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Severe warned storm including a small but strong derecho moved in around the 2200-2300 timeframe. our location was in the weaker area of this system, but still managed some wind gusts to around 60mph, around 3"/hour rainfall rates, quite a bit of lightning with some close CG's, but.. no hail.. and that was a good thing. We did lose power though but thankfully was back on a few hours later. Then, sometime around 0300-0400, another storm rolled thru with more heavy rain and lightning, but the wind was not as strong. Overall, probably the most noteworthy convective event of the year thus far. |
| 2025-06-16 | 7:00 AM | 0.02 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Residual effects of the convective complex in the form of light rain finished up by mid morning. Diminishing cloud cover during the afternoon with fair and calm conditions overnight. Ob. time, heavy dew, 70F temp. Our transition to typical early summer conditions has commenced. |

| 2025-05-29 | 7:00 AM | 2.04 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Thunderstorm complex moved in around 0030 and did not stop raining around daybreak. I slept thru most of this but was awakened by a lightning bolt that hit uncomfortably close to the house. Not sure how severe the storm was, but it looks based on radar loops, the worst past a little south of the farm. |

| 2025-04-20 | 7:00 AM | 1.48 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Finally, it was our turn for a good soaker. Two brief periods of interest yesterday; around 1700CDT, a small but strong convective cell moved thru with only minimal lightning and little wind, but a downpour of pea sized hail which started covering the ground in less than a minute. that event lasted about 90 seconds start to finish. Then.. around 1830 (estimated time), another cell moved thru accompanied by a CG barrage with a couple of bolts striking within 1 mile of the house. It was quite interesting how the lightning cranked up so quickly and lasted only a couple of minutes, then ceased as quickly as it started. We were behind the frontal boundary which kept temperatures more February like, with high's hardly out of the low 50's during the balance of the day. Nothing else of note other than periods of needed rain overnight accompanied by an occasional rumble of thunder. Currently at ob. time (0800), light rain and a temp. around 56F. |
| 2025-04-19 | 8:00 AM | 0.04 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Heavier storms to our west, south and east, but little activity here. Very light rain ongoing at ob. time. |

Precip. ceased after around 1000. Skies slowly cleared thru the afternoon. A light frost thismorning at ob. time with 33F temp. |
| 2025-04-06 | 7:00 AM | 0.23 | 0.0 | NA | NA | NA | | Periods of light rain during the morning, then starting around 2300CDT, more light rain. I got up around 0400 thismorning to see if the projected snow mixing in was transpiring, and there was none. At ob. time, no evidence of any snow on the ground here at the farm. |
| 2025-04-05 | 7:00 AM | 0.67 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Drizzle and very light shower activity during the morning, then after midnight thismorning, heavier rainfall with occasional thunder. Light, windswept rain ongoing at time of ob. with 45F temp. |

| 2025-03-30 | 7:00 AM | 0.34 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Severe warned storms moved thru between the 2300-midnight period. Gusty outflow winds to about 50mph, frequent lightning were the dominate features of this event. The largest hail was well to our south just below Piedmont but some small hail was noted (maybe marble sized at most) |

| 2025-03-20 | 7:00 AM | T | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Wind whipped sprinkles on and off most of the day. Gusts to around 50mph, especially around the early morning hours and also late in the afternoon. |
| 2025-03-15 | 7:00 AM | 0.00 | 0.0 | NA | NA | NA | | Intense storm system rolled thru bringing an abundance of West Texas dirt into our region. One of the most notable non-convective wind events I've witnessed since living here which is just over 25 years. The worst of it was around the 1300-1600CDT when visibilities were as low as 1.5 miles in blowing dust and peak wind gusts estimated around 65-70mph. Winds began subsiding after 1700 and by about 2000, winds were down to around 20-30mph but you could smell the smoke from what I suspect was the Taloga fire at my location, some 75 miles away. It was at this time the FROPA occurred with a brief bump in the winds to around 40-45mph, then a quick decrease afterwards by 2300. My thoughts and prayers to those affected by well over 100 fires that occurred. |
| 2025-03-09 | 7:00 AM | 0.34 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Rain commenced around the noon hour and was persistent until around 2000CST. Snow did try mixing in with the rain in NW OKC as we were headed home around 1530CST but none was noted here at the farm. Snow was observed and accumulated only about 30-40 miles and more to our west. |
| 2025-03-05 | 7:00 AM | 0.03 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | A rather tranquil day... until around 1500CST when the front came thru, accompanied by rain showers... then came the wind! Highest gusts were between 1800-2200CST which hit 60mph at times. One of the more notable non-convective wind events I've experienced here at the farm. Thismorning at ob. time (0700), clear skies with 15-25mph winds and 35F. |
| 2025-03-04 | 8:00 AM | 0.60 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Squall line came thru starting around 0100. Estimated peak wind gusts around 50mph with some pea sized hail. Lightning was moderate, mostly in cloud with a few cloud to grounders (CG's). By 0200, the squall line cleared my location with light rain left behind and light winds. At 0815 ob. time, light south wind with overcast conditions overall. |
| 2025-03-03 | 7:00 AM | 0.14 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Showers moved thru between around 1500-1800CST. Reportedly their were a few rumbles of thunder but I heard none. |

Thismorning, a typical morning one would experience in Winnipeg. I think Canada sprung a leak! Temp. as of 0800, 2F with a -15F windchill with light flurries nearby. |
| 2025-02-18 | 8:00 AM | T | NA | NA | NA | NA | | A light glaze of ice on the cars and fences as of 0800. |
| 2025-02-16 | 7:00 AM | 0.01 | 0.5 | NA | 0.5 | NA | | A band of light to occasionally moderate snow moved thru during the mid to late afternoon hours and was over with by 1900CST. The measuring tube was basically dry due to the low moisture to the snow falling plus a 20-30mph wind that accompanied the snow, so the 0.01 logged is an estimate. It feels and looks a little like February thismorning with clear skies and a temperature of 19F as of 0745, |
| 2025-02-15 | 8:00 AM | T | NA | NA | NA | NA | | FROPA right around 0800 thismorning. Mist and light drizzle during the night resulted in the trace amount Temp. 46F and falling as of ob. time. |
| 2025-02-13 | 7:00 AM | 0.02 | 0.1 | NA | T | NA | | A period of light snow late in the morning. Still a dusting thismorning. 10F degrees at ob. time. |
| 2025-02-12 | 8:00 AM | 0.06 | T | NA | T | NA | | Had to bring in the gauge to thaw it out from the light freezing rain and sleet that occurred. Just put the gauge back outside as of 0900 and light snow was falling with a temp. of 25F. |
| 2025-02-11 | 7:00 AM | 0.04 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Thundershowers developed just east of the farm late yesterday afternoon. No thunder noted though and temperatures remained between 35-40F for most of the day with overcast skies. |

| 2025-01-21 | 7:00 AM | T | 0.1 | NA | T | NA | | No moisture made it into the gauge, yet there was a dusting of snow that fell sometime last evening. 7F at ob time (as of 0745) |
| 2025-01-10 | 8:00 AM | 0.20 | 2.7 | NA | 2.5 | NA | | One of the "prettier" snowfalls I've seen here in a few years. Periods of light to moderate snow throughout most of the day with only light winds during the duration of the event. Thismorning, clearing skies, temp. around 26F as of 0800 ob. time |
| 2025-01-09 | 8:00 AM | T | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Our anticipated winter weather event is just getting started as of 0800 ob. time with a few flakes of snow falling. |
| 2025-01-06 | 7:00 AM | T | T | T | NA | NA | | Periodic snow showers due to the departing low pressure system to our east, ushered in robust cold air advection and steepening lapse rates during the afternoon hours..yielded a dusting in some area's a little east and southeast of my location, but no accumulation here at the farm. Some of the snow showers, albeit brief, had reduced visibilities just below a mile and snowfall rates up to 1"/hr. Thismorning at ob. time, 12F, clear skies. |
| 2025-01-05 | 7:00 AM | 0.05 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | Frontal passage occurred around 0330 with a quick 15F degree temp. drop accompanied by strong north westerlies gusting to around 55mph along with brief showers. Rain turned to light freezing rain after around 0430. Current conditions at ob. time (0745) still has winds gusting to around 40 mph with 23F air temp. and falling. (noticed that there was an even .05 in the gauge still on 1/9 so I corrected the entry) |
