flurries began 1745, considerable distant lightning to W and NNW from about that time for about one half hour. No observed hail or graupel, with snow becomin steady thruout evening. Snow ended sometime priot to 0300. 22F at observation with alternating light winds and blustery gusts. Again, as yesterday, tree limbs drooping under snowload but no major buildup on visible utility lines.

Flurries began 1645; snow begins to stick and accumulate about 1730: light (as in not wet) snow thru at least 2100 w/ less than one inch accumulation. 30F and 97% RH with alternating calm and gusty winds at observation. Many tree limbs bent from weight but does not seem to be staying on visible utility lines. Either snow turned to rain or snow became much wetter (heavier) at some point overnight.
