Melted snow from outer gauge. It was quite windy for much of the day on 1/31. Please note that i unfortunately had some spillage after melting and measuring, so the total precip was higher than reported but I do not have a good estimate for how much I spilled, but would guess it might be closer to 0.45. I do not have a snowboard for measurement but measured several places where there wasn't much drifting and it landed on a flat surface, average of 11 inches of snow.
