The catch was with the large tube. I just got it unfrozen from its stand and melted. This is both sleet and freezing rain. Sorry it took so long to post. The ice storm was severe in this location.

Measurement is liquid precipitation amount. I captured freezing rain and sleet with inner tube and top off and then allowed it to melt to get liquid amount. Sleet with some freezing rain currently falling. Mostly sleet, though. Roads are covered with accumulation in the grass. Power still on (which is a very good thing.). Temperature is 24 degrees.
