Unexpected rain- yes forecast said 20% chance, but it caught everyone by surprise-all the pontoons and boats that passed our cabin before the little storm came rushing back through the rain.

Sky was so cloudy. Watched fog develop over little sturgeon and move towards me. Everything was still and you could feel mist in the air- then the thunder sounded closer and within minutes the winds whipped the lake into a frenzy and it downpoured.
Just a few small branches down and potted plants blown over. Thankful I was sitting in the upper part of the system and not in the fat portion of the backwards C. Also thankful for the rain- lake is low.
