Rain started approximately after 9pm, heavy lightening and thunder. This continued in waves until at least 1 am. Unsure when the rain stopped. The back alley storm drain was covered in tree bud debris with a wash line indicating the water ponded a few inches due to the clog which is common with more intense rain. The upper portion of the alley is now clear of any debris indicating an intensity to carry all debris for the length of the alley to the storm drain.
