Last nights electrical storm was one of the best active storms I remember, and the precipitation started at 10:11 pm. This mornings gauge catch was 0.76". The heaviest precipitation was at the beginning and lasted for 35 minutes. The lightening show was spectacular. Our power flashed off and on at 10:14 pm. The precipitation stopped at 03:00. There was briefly wind at the beginning of the storm at 0-6 mph with gust 10 mph but 0-3 during the continuing night. The winds though swirling were mostly from the easterly direction. Relative pressure hit a low at the beginning of the storm, 29.70 inHg and started rising at the end of it, to 29.87 inHg at OT. Humidity constant at 99%. |

It snowed fairly constant until 06:30 pm and was on and off until 10:55 pm last night. Winds at my station are no reflective of the true values, a lot of trees but they picked up during the active hours of the storm to 15 MPH gusts and 9 MPH from the north/east/north. The relative pressure fell through the day to a low of 29.43 inHg at 10:30 pm last night and started rising at 2:30 am this morning to 29.6+3 at OT. Humidity went up to 86% at the start of the storm and was at 54% at OT. |

The temperature at OT was 19 degrees F and dew point was 2.5 degrees f. The low temp. was 12 degrees F at 07:15 am and a dew point of 0.9 degrees F. The high was 35 degrees F at 1:30 pm with a dew point of 22 degrees F. The winds picked up before the storm at 07:20 at 7 MPH with gusts up to 9 MPH through the storm, all from the east/north/east direction. The relative pressure was at a high of 29.95 inHg just after noon and fell to 29.79 inHg in the middle of the storm midnight. At OT it was rising to 29.96 inHg Humidity took a dip just before the storm to 46% but rose up to 86% just as it was starting, at OT it was going down again to 50%. |
