I tried to attach a picture of the rain gauge at 7:30 but website wouldn't allow it. Based on the picture I even re-created the gauge with water in it because dumping the 1 inch cylinder and refilling with water from reservoir can cause spillage over the top. Yes it is over 4 inches from 7:00 am 9/16 to 7:30 am 9/17
