{Gauge catch of 1.37 and snowfall & snow depth of 11.5 inches seem high for 8 AM given the highest snowfall rates were expected to begin around this time and the gauge catches at the other stations in the county were of 0.36 to 0.98 inches. Maybe the observation time was later than indicated, or snow was blowing off of nearby objects into the measuring area. Gauge catch, snowfall and snow depth have been set to NA while the observer is contacted. NWS IND BH} {EDIT: Observer reported 0.00 for new gauge catch. Surrounding reports of precip indicate this could be a typo. Changed report of 0.00 to NA until observer can be contacted. CoCoSTAFF DNT}{Update: Upon consultation with observer and NWS IND staff member who worked heavily with the storm, adjusted the observation time from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and reinstated the 11.5 for snowfall and snow depth.
