Additional assimilation cells formed to the north & merged with the system as it proceeded eastward. At reading time Winds are now from SE at 30 Knots behind entire rain system as it proceeds into the east and south. This precipitation system constitutes a well formed crop watering machine operating in a normal climatic manner for this time of the season. |

| 2025-03-06 | 8:00 AM | NA | 4.0 | NA | NA | NA | | This is only approximated. The collected snow was 2 to 5 inches in little areas where there was gusts along the building lines and on wood stacked on the porch. |
| 2025-03-05 | 8:00 AM | 1.00 | NA | NA | NA | NA | | THIS is the precipitation of 030425. By 8 AM 0305 temperatures were in the mid 20's in a 60 knot whiteout and all liquid from the rain event was already frozen solid. These numbers are based on observed conditions and might even be more, according to TV news information over the state, with deep ponding on the earths surfaces most of the day. IT stands as an approximation. Gauges will not be installed until freezing no longer occurs.
Be advised Also that Winds over 40 knots blow over the gauges and inhibit the gauges ability to receive rain. The opening is capped off by the horizontal velocity preventing rain from entering the opening in the normal manner of what would be a capture of the condition.
Precipitation Readings from Clarion, which is 15 miles due west of here are always different than what is here, based on comparative documentation of readings over the past 20 years.
The Same goes for snowfall the following day which was many inches during 60+ Knot sustained winds. The ground has no snow on it and the drifts are 4 feet high. Any containers on the surface that would capture snow are either blown clean inside or blown away. |
