Roughly 0.65” of the precipitation was rain with the daytime showers and thunderstorms. I couldn’t get a repeatable measurement because of the wind blowing snow but measurements ranged from 5” to 7”.

Thunderstorms in the evening with brief heavy downpours and a few pea-sized hail during the first cell. A lot of lightning could be seen in all directions but it seems that this station was between the storm to the south in the warm sector and the elevated storms north of the stationary front.
